USDA’s H-2A Website to Post Program Updates

On Wednesday, the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City and all U.S. consulates in Mexico suspended routine immigrant and nonimmigrant visa services.  The full announcement can be found at  As a result of this announcement, and its potential to adversely affect those who utilize the H-2A program, USDA has started posting information and updates on their H-2A Program website at  Growers who utilize H-2A labor should check this website frequently for current information regarding the status of the H-2A program in light of the current COVID-19 response.  Growers who have specific questions or concerns can email USDA at
