9:00 am-12:00 pm CDT Equipment demonstration and hands-on practice using the equipment.
12:00 pm-12:45 pm CDT Catered lunch sponsored by Johnny Seeds and Safe Produce, IN.
12:45 pm- 4:00 pm CDT Option of attending Good Agriculture Practices (GAPs) and water
treatment and management demonstration OR ServSafe for Home-Based Vendors certification.
