Cut Flower Production Field Tours

Purdue Extension is hosting a series of cut flower production events and field tours this summer. Join the Purdue Extension Cut Flower Team to learn about cut flower production, view demonstration plantings, and connect with fellow growers and flower enthusiasts.

 

Date/Time: July 15, 2026, 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm EDT

Location: Southwest Purdue Agricultural Center, 4369 N. Purdue Rd, Vincennes, IN, 47591

During the event, we will share observations and lessons learned from growing a variety of cut flower species and cultivars, followed by a tour of the cut-flower demonstration plots at SWPAC. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. Participation is limited to 30 attendees, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

 

Date/Time: August 25, 2026, 6:00-8:00 pm EDT

Location: Honey Bird Flower Farm. Participants will meet at the parking lot at 6225 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46220 and walk a short distance to the farm.

Refreshments will be provided after the farm tour. Participation is limited to 30 attendees, and registration will close once capacity is reached.
